Tuscon Motor Show: this show is being held indoors at the Tuscon Convention Center; display your car for $30; admission to view the cars and activities is $6; go to www.tucsonmotorshow.com for details about the different categories.

Flagstaff Route 66 Days Charity Car Show:  this is a must show; open to the first 425 entries; open  to all years, makes & models; $35 preregistration-$40 after August 1 until sold out; we generally go up in groups;  we have rooms blocked at the Ramada Limited under the name of Copperstate Mustang Club, you will need to change the name to yours and hold it on your credit card, 928-773-1111;  for info contact a club officer or go to www.route66carclub.com or John 928-451-1204.

Copperstate Mustang Club Monthly Meeting:  1:00pm at the Community Hall of The Mount of Olives Church; 3546 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix.  We meet the second Sunday of each month at this location.  Come out and enjoy yourself.  The Monthly Board meeting will be held immediately following the general meeting.  Click here for a map.

Third Friday gathering at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steak-burger; 4929 W Bell Rd (Bell Rd & 51st Ave); we will gather at 6pm to share food and stories; this facility has a better area for displaying the cars as well as a small car show; yes it is starting to cool off, so no reason not bring out the pony.

Run to the Pines:  Classic guys (pre-'73) - Mark your calendars for the 2010 Run To The Pines on Sep 24,25,26 in Pinetop. Friday will be check in and a 15 mile parade/cruise from Show Low to the Hon Dah Casino for an included Friday night BBQ. The show and judging will be at the Pinetop Lakes Country Club on Saturday followed by the Poker Run (probably to Hawley Lake). Sunday morning is informal Show & Shine back at the golf course followed by the charity auction at 11 and awards at noon.  For information contact Bob 928-368-5325.
